About the position Responsibilities • Participate in department and team-focused projects, accounting for about 80% of the schedule. • Engage in professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference, webinars, community service, and final presentations, making up the remaining 20% of the schedule. • Familiarize with the user-centered design process, including research, design, prototyping, presentation, and soliciting feedback. • Share a portfolio showcasing usable and lovable designs that demonstrate an understanding of user-centered design methodologies. • Exhibit a strong sense of curiosity and a mindset to learn and grow. • Maintain attention to detail, organization, and a sense of ownership. Requirements • Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2025 - May 2026. • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program. • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program. • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
