Position: Academic Enrichment Specialist (Montessori Concentration) SummaryThe Academic Enrichment Specialist (AES) will assist in strategic planning and implementation of current Montessori programs. This role requires a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy, educational practices, and a passion for fostering a nurturing learning environment.DutiesThe Academic Enrichment Specialist will work collaboratively with our center management, teachers, and other staff. Provide training and support to teachers on philosophy, materials, and instructional strategies. The Academic Enrichment Specialist will assist in implementation of long-term plans and policies as defined by the Vice President of Education, to stabilize current programs.
