This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Nebraska (USA) Mutual of Omaha is seeking an Agile Project Manager to be part of our RADICAL car/team. You will lead an agile team that works closely with our actuaries and supports them with technical solutions required for their functions on product rating, R&D and reporting. This team continues to work on optimizing the current solutions and tech modernization. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: • Estimated Salary:$95,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus opportunity. • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Builds and leads high-performing teams, including building strong relationships with product owners, solution leads, stakeholders, customers and other team members. • Manages run, grow and transform work including the management of project charters, budgets and measurements. • Facilitates day-to-day work coordination, prioritization, and removal of impediments. Tracks work status, manages issues, and evaluates progress, quality, and costs. • Facilitates continuous improvement/growth plans for the team in DevOps, Operational Excellence and customer experience. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: • Scrum Master Experience: Leads and facilitates Scrum events and ceremonies, removing impediments, and educating/ensuring teams follow Agile principles. • Experience defining issues and opportunities for innovation, business and technology needs, and implementing solutions. • Strong presentation, facilitation and collaboration skills with a proven track record of clearing roadblocks. • Ability to manage work across various technologies and business functions through outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical audiences. • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
