Job Summary Are you passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Apple Inc is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our AppleCare team as a Home Advisor. As a Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Apple customers, providing world-class service and support from the comfort of your home. You will use your product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities to assist Apple users across multiple platforms and devices, ensuring every customer interaction is personal, professional, and positive.
