Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista/All rounder to join our small, friendly team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. As an all rounder some shifts will be in the kitchen, therefore kitchen experience is essential. You should be confident preparing and cooking breakfasts and light lunches following specification. Daytime hours only, to include weekdays and weekends on a rota basis. Duties Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and helping them with their orders. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
