Bilingual Remote Customer Service - (Multiple languages) (Must have your Own Equipment)

MMC is hiring Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to process Medicaid accounts. Position Details: • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm EST • Training: First 3 weeks • Nesting: Following 4 weeks • Attendance: Perfect attendance required during training and nesting periods. Equipment Requirements: • Computer: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 8GB RAM, and at least 256GB hard drive. • No Celeron or Pentium processors. • MacBooks, Chromebooks, iPads, and tablets are not compatible. • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 • Internet: Wired connection with minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds. • Headset: Wired headset with microphone, USB connection preferred. • Camera: Required for training sessions. Application Steps: • Internet Speed Test: Use https://speed.cloudflare.com/ to verify your connection. • Computer Specifications: Confirm your device meets the processor and storage requirements. • Smartphone: Ensure you have an Android or Apple smartphone capable of installing necessary applications. • Headset: Verify you have a suitable wired headset. • Storage: Confirm at least 30GB of free space on your device. • Submission: Compile screenshots and information from steps 1–5 into a single email and send to jolds@mmcgrp.com for review. Qualifications: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. • Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience. • Strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Provide information and assistance for Medicaid Health Connection users. • Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans. • Utilize state systems to deliver high-quality service.
