We’re not just selling hair — we’re building a culture, a sisterhood, and a movement. Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented contractor to manage our organic digital presence. This is a hands-on role focused on storytelling, content creation, and brand execution. AI tools are allowed for support, but the priority is real creativity and voice. Responsibilities: • Social Media Content & Storytelling: Plan and execute posts, reels, and stories across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest with strong brand storytelling that resonates with our audience. • Content Calendar & Creative Oversight: Maintain cohesive, neat, and visually polished content aligned with brand aesthetics. • Influencer Strategy Support: Source and recommend influencers who align with the brand; provide guidance for outreach (we handle the actual outreach). • Email Marketing Support: Plan and draft newsletter content, recommend strategies, and ensure alignment with social campaigns (we handle sending and scheduling). • Brand & Audience Alignment: Understand and speak to our audience authentically; provide recommendations to strengthen brand voice. • Website & Organic SEO Support: Offer high-level guidance on content alignment, keywords, and basic website improvement ideas. • Analytics & Optimization: Track organic growth and engagement; provide insights for future content strategy.
