Creative eCommerce Virtual Assistant (Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva & Operations) Part-time
About MG Naturals We’re an Australian clean beauty brand creating non-toxic, vegan, titanium-dioxide-free makeup that’s kind to sensitive skin and the planet. Our products are loved for their natural glow, effortless wear, and toxin-free integrity — and our brand aesthetic reflects that: clean, earthy, minimal, and softly feminine. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and reliable Virtual Assistant who can assist in the management of day-to-day operations of our online store and marketing campaigns, design, and customer experience. ⸻ Personality & Work Ethic • Meticulous with details — double-checks work before submitting • Communicates clearly and proactively (asks questions if unsure) - able to provide detailed daily updates • Creative eye for layout, typography, and brand flow • Self-motivated, consistent, and able to prioritise • Genuinely interested in natural beauty and wellness ⸻ Working Arrangement • Part-time to start (approx. 15–20 hours/week) at least several hours a week must overlap with AEST working hours • Flexible schedule, but must provide consistent daily updates • Long-term position with room for growth — ideally, you’ll become part of our brand team and come on full-time ⸻ Compensation • Hourly rate or monthly retainer depending on experience • Bonuses for reliability, initiative, and task completion ⸻ To Apply Please include: 1.
