Educational Consultant (Independent Contractor)

Education is changing fast and so are the ways we support teachers. We’re looking for experienced educators who can partner with schools to improve classroom practice and create stronger learning environments for students. As a K-12 Educational Consultant, you’ll collaborate with teachers and leaders to identify goals, share effective strategies, and support ongoing professional growth. Each project is customized to meet the needs of the school or district, giving you the opportunity to make an authentic and lasting impact. Those who succeed in this work have a history of leading others, communicating with clarity and empathy, and inspiring educators to try new ideas. Backgrounds may include teaching, school administration, consulting, or higher education. What matters most is your ability to connect, engage, and lead professional conversations that drive improvement. This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Work is project-based and self-managed. Consultants choose which assignments to accept, set their own schedules, and provide their own workspace and equipment. Project lengths vary based on client goals and timelines. There are no guaranteed hours. Orientation and materials are provided to ensure you have the tools and support needed to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
