About the position Responsibilities • Provide technical expertise in network transformation and maintenance. • Perform troubleshooting and configuration changes in a 24x7 operations environment. • Evaluate network coverage and make recommendations for improvements. • Conduct triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events. • Generate and update problem-tracking tickets and improve business practices. • Escalate issues to appropriate internal/external engineering teams for resolution. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of relevant work experience. • Three or more years of relevant work experience in a network operations role. • Valid driver's license. • Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. Nice-to-haves • Technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline. • Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies like Telephony Switching, Data Communications, and Network Routers. • Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations. • Vendor management experience.
