NOTE: This position is located at Nordstrom's downtown Seattle headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday each week. From traditional to trendy, this team is shaping the styles and looks our customer love. We have an opportunity on the team for an Executive Assistant 2. The ideal Executive Assistant 2 is highly organized, motivated, results oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service every day. A day in the life… • Coordinate activities (meetings, presentations, etc.) across multiple teams • Facilitate processes necessary to the effective running of the department • Review operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made and work with management to implement changes as appropriate • Set up and oversee administrative procedures and guidelines for department • Assist in maintaining department budget and expense reconciliations • Actively drive special projects as assigned You own this if you have… • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration highly preferred • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage competing priorities to meet critical deadlines • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers and leadership • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multi-task • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to handle confidential information while maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office suite • Clear and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills #LI-Hybrid #LI-CH1 We’ve got you covered… Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $31.75 - $50.50 Hourly This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
