As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be a key contributor to our team, working in a collaborative and engaging environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you will need: * To be Bilingual (English and Spanish) * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment * 6 months of Customer Service experience (preferred) * To be over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * Logical problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with: * Windows 10 or later * Wired Ethernet LAN connection * Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted) * A minimum of 4GB RAM You will also need to meet the following internet requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN * Proof of internet speed required You will also need to have a clean and quiet workspace. **Be Part of Our blithequark Family** At blithequark, we are committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued.
