About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues and provide expert solutions Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences Offer additional products and/or services to meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a smile, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using various software applications and systems A desktop or laptop computer that meets our technical requirements, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace Technical Requirements To ensure you have the necessary equipment and infrastructure to perform your job duties, please note the following technical requirements: Desktop or laptop computer (no Macs, Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) Operating System: Windows 10+ RAM: 8GB or higher Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher Internet Requirements: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our team members.
