We're a dynamic and innovative company that's constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of revenue growth and customer success. **The Role** As a Customer Advocate Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers through live chat, email, and phone to provide exceptional support and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for: * Driving revenue through live chat by identifying buying signals, delivering persuasive product insights, and converting interest into sales. * Going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and success at all times. * Owning the sales conversation from inbound inquiry to conversion, ensuring customers quickly realize the value of blithequark. * Proactively upselling and cross-selling relevant product features that match the customer's business goals. * Meeting or exceeding chat-to-close rate targets, monthly revenue quotas, and other performance KPIs. * Responding to inquiries within 30 seconds via chat and 4 hours via email, delivering speed and precision that drives customer confidence. * Capturing and following up on opportunities surfaced through support interactions, feature requests, and product updates. * Being the customer's internal advocate, collaborating with Product and Sales to reduce friction and improve experience. **Your Background** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role (support, sales, or similar), with a passion for helping people and guiding conversations. * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proven history of achieving top performance. * Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once in a fast-paced environment. * Customer-centric, working to understand the questions that customers ask to help them resolve their business. * Clear and confident written communication skills, especially in live chat or email settings. * Adaptable with the ability to pick up new technologies, assess situations quickly, and find smarter ways to achieve goals. **Why You'll Love Working at blithequark** At blithequark, we're driven by a shared mission: to help our customers unlock their full revenue potential.
