At blithequark, our people are our success, and we are committed to sharing success with our employees through competitive compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Airport Ramp Operations, you will be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless airport operations and exceptional customer experiences. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a member of our airport operations team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts. You will be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority.
