We're a dynamic team of innovators, thinkers, and problem-solvers who are passionate about pushing boundaries in tech and delivering a game-changing experience for consumers and merchants alike. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to our customers * Assisting customers to resolve basic to complex inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls * Building a network of support and trust with our awesome customer support team * Working with customers to understand how they use blithequark services, and providing valuable feedback to Product and Development teams * Acting as an advocate for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement in our product or processes * Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience **Ideal Experience & Skills:** To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Fluency in written and spoken English * Proven success in a fast-paced support environment * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide clear, articulate, and kind customer support in technical instructions via phone support, email, and live chat * Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time and utilize personal judgment to take initiative * Driven to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems * Displays a passion for what you do while upholding personal and corporate integrity * Excitement to learn new technologies and help customers succeed * 3+ years of customer support experience * Email, phone, and/or live chat experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, preferably with software * Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (a third language is a plus) * Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira experience is a plus **Work Conditions:** As a remote Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will: * Work from home in Bogotá, Colombia (must be based in Colombia and cannot work outside of the country) * Complete 3-4 weeks of training * Be available full-time for the first 2 months, with no vacations approved during this period * Work a fixed shift based in Central Standard Time * Receive a competitive salary, bonus structure, and benefits package **About You:** We're looking for someone who embodies the following qualities: * Relentlessly high standards - you continually raise the bar and drive those around you to deliver great results * Not bound by convention - you're a problem-solver who develops new ways to do things * Needs action - speed matters in business, and you're comfortable making decisions and taking calculated risks * Earns trust - you listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully * Has backbone - you can respectfully challenge decisions when you disagree, even when it's uncomfortable or exhausting * Delivers results - you focus on the key inputs and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion **What Makes Working at blithequark Awesome:** At blithequark, we're more than just brilliant engineers, passionate data enthusiasts, out-of-the-box thinkers, and determined innovators.
