**Experienced Customer Support Admin – Retail Security Solutions**

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you. **About the Role** We're seeking a reliable, process-oriented, empathetic, and coachable Customer Support Admin to join our Operations team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be focused on ensuring our most important customers are successful in installing their cameras, utilizing our solutions, and expanding their business with us. The position will be full-time in a contract-to-hire trial period to ensure it's a fit on both sides. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Admin at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Sharing information on new products and services to customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction * Making warm calls to existing customers to check in and ensure they're not having issues, fostering strong relationships and loyalty * Sending follow-up calls and emails to ensure customers are having no issues with their cameras and ensuring that the customers get around to completing installs, providing timely support and guidance * Identifying and fixing issues that customers and processes have as soon as you discover them, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills * Taking inbound customer support calls and assisting with camera installation and escalated issues to ensure customer happiness, providing personalized support and solutions **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal English skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues * Excellent written English skills to craft clear and concise emails and messages * At least 1+ years of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently * Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues * Data encoding and data entry skills to accurately record and update customer information * Full-time status (40 hours per week) and ability to work during US Eastern time zone **Why Join Us?** At blithequark, we offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $5.00 - $6.00 USD (depending on experience) and other benefits where available.
