As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and preparing incoming tests for uploading and scanning, as well as uploading tests into the system for electronic grading. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and prepare incoming tests for uploading and scanning * Upload tests into the system for electronic grading * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of test results * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless document scanning and uploading processes * Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the document scanning and uploading process * Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with document scanning and uploading software * Knowledge of electronic grading systems * Familiarity with business casual dress attire and ability to maintain a professional appearance * Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays * Experience working in a team environment and contributing to team goals **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
