With hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany, we're a remote co-located team that operates with flexibility and agility. **The Role** As a Full Stack Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, and seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience * Resolve all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner * Become an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users * Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions * Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience **You** If you're a curious and growth-minded individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you. We're looking for someone who is: * Open to working an overnight shift from 10pm to 7:00am PST * Experienced in support roles, handling email and/or chat services (2+ years) * Available to work weekends * Familiar with ecommerce and marketplace operations * Experienced with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom * Obsessed with customers and delivering exceptional experiences * A proactive problem-solver and process-improver * Knowledgeable about collectibles is a plus * Holding a Bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred * Previous start-up experience is a plus **Team Environment** As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
