You will strive to provide meaningful and accurate support around our many different drug screening products, starting by asking a series of questions to determine exactly what our clients are looking for. Then, you will find creative solutions to solve these issues, often collaborating with your team to tackle complex problems. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing expert guidance and support to clients over the phone and online * Determining the specific needs of our clients and finding creative solutions to meet those needs * Training and teaching clients to further their experience and knowledge * Scheduling drug testing events for applicants * Matching results when they come back from the laboratory * Relocating events to different areas based on the needs of our clients and applicants * Updating client accounts in our system * Reporting on department health and metrics * Refining our processes * Growing our drug screening product offering **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Customer service experience or experience in a related field * Phone skills and above-average computer skills * Excellent communication skills * Creative problem-solving skills * Organizational and attention-to-detail skills * Ability to effectively manage your time Don't worry if you don't have experience with our software or best practices – we will train the right person on the technical aspects of our system. **Your Next Step** If you're a customer service Rockstar with excellent communication skills, enjoy talking on the phone, and have creative problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!
