Together, they combine their skills to support our customers to bring their brand to the next level. When they're not advising, supporting, or guiding our customers on the latest features, they'll be enjoying the great outdoors, hanging out with their friends and family, or even sailing. **Your Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for driving retention, expansion, and advocacy across a book of ~600-700 customers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading onboarding and implementation journeys that align with customers' business goals * Building long-term relationships with stakeholders across marketing, brand, and IT functions * Acting as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities for increased platform usage and value realization * Monitoring client health and taking proactive measures to reduce churn and maximize satisfaction * Running success reviews, value check-ins, and training sessions with customers * Identifying patterns across accounts and proposing scalable engagement strategies * Providing input into the Growth CS playbook, tooling improvements, and internal processes **Your Story** We're looking for someone with 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related client-facing role. You'll have worked with small or mid-market clients in a SaaS or tech-driven environment and be comfortable managing a large portfolio and prioritizing for impact. You'll be a confident communicator and able to balance listening with thought leadership.
