Our team is passionate about using data to tell stories and make informed decisions, and we are always looking for ways to improve our processes and technologies. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and help us develop and support our cloud-based data pipelines. As a Data Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Docker. You will work closely with our data scientists and analysts to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Docker * Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using tools such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and GitLab * Create and maintain automated workflows and schedulers using tools such as Docker and Wind stream * Work with large datasets and cloud-based technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS * Develop and maintain data sets and tables using tools such as SQL and Python * Deliver high-quality data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year college education in Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field * 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support * Strong experience with Python and SQL (ideally with Snowflake) * Experience with creating and maintaining automated workflows and schedulers * Strong understanding of data set plan and capability * Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with cloud design and product contributions, ideally AWS * Experience with source control items like GitLab/GitHub * Experience using Docker * Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with data governance and compliance **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $27/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a highly skilled data engineer with a passion for working with large datasets and cloud-based technologies, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
