Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners, including proficiency in computer software packages such as HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, logging and documenting participant conversations and issues Provide real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website, resolving issues and answering questions in a patient and courteous manner Update enrollments, policies, and rates as necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare-related field or open enrollment environment Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans, including the ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to participants and internal stakeholders A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you will need: Experience in a similar role in a healthcare-related service, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations Advanced proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS A certification in customer service or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation A strong desire to learn and grow with the company, with a focus on professional development and career advancement Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
