About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Aircraft Health Monitoring (AHM) team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in improving the on-time and completion performance of United's fleet by transforming unforeseen aircraft issues into scheduled maintenance. You will provide investigative support and guidance to technicians on complex aircraft issues, analyze sensor data, and develop repair designs to prevent aircraft defects. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and analyze complex aircraft issues, providing guidance to technicians and engineers Analyze sensor data and develop repair designs to prevent aircraft defects Collaborate with assurance specialists to identify and mitigate potential aircraft issues Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to improve fleet reliability Provide regular updates on aircraft performance and maintenance trends to stakeholders Assist in the development and implementation of aircraft health monitoring systems Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and operations Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field 4+ years of experience in aircraft safety or a related field Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and maintenance procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, 12-hour shifts, and weekends Valid work authorization in the United States Preferred Qualifications: Experience with United Airlines' aircraft systems and maintenance procedures Knowledge of aircraft design and engineering principles Experience with predictive maintenance and analytics Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification Airworthiness certification Experience with aircraft health monitoring systems What We Offer At United Airlines, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including: Competitive salary: $25-$35/hour Opportunities for career growth and professional development Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee travel privileges Diverse and inclusive work environment Why Join United Airlines?
