Retail experience or customer service work does not qualify. • ***VERY IMPORTANT**** 100% Commission – 10% on each sale Remote High-Ticket Sales Closer Needed for $2K–$5.6K Fitness Programs Warm, inbound leads only – no cold calling, ever Sell life-changing programs that get real client transformations ---- JOB OUTLINE ---- We’re hiring an experienced commission-based sales professional to close warm inbound leads for our life-changing 30-week fitness transformation program. Clients visit our website/see an ad and register for our fitness training program. This program is more of a template to follow and is not 100% customized to them. The program gives the client workouts, nutrition plans, and coaching for 6 weeks. But before they get access to the program, we have them hop on the phone with an onboarding coach (you) to go over their game plan. What You’ll Do: • Speak to pre-qualified leads- no cold calling or prospecting • Conduct 1:1 onboarding Zoom Phone calls with clients who have ALREADY registered for our initial 6-week program • Uncover their real goals and show them why a full, upgraded 30-week transformation is their best path forward • Close same-day deals ranging from $2,000–$5,600 • Earn 10% commission per sale + performance bonuses • Uncapped commissions • Work FULLY REMOTE, using our proven scripts, recordings, with complete training and onboarding + additional coaching support This is a sales job where you will be booked endlessly. No cold calling. No asking for referrals. No attaining your own leads to call. You will always be booked with clients that have already signed up. You will simply need to be on time, conduct a proper call, and show them that they will need more (trying not to use the word upsell here). In short- you as the coach are going over client goals and recommending more programming to them.
