Maintain a deep understanding of the beauty industry, including current trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to customers, ensuring a personalized and informative shopping experience. Collaborate with the Too Faced team to plan and execute events, promotions, and product launches. Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential clients, promoting brand loyalty and increasing sales. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and training provided by the company to continuously improve sales techniques and customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the brand. Maintain a professional and polished appearance, representing the brand's image and values. Travel to various locations as needed to represent Too Faced at events and promotional activities. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness. Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends to the Too Faced team to support product development and brand strategy. Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Continuously strive to improve and grow as a beauty professional, staying updated on industry developments and utilizing new techniques and skills to enhance performance.
