You will play a vital role in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a Full-Time case providing services to children in their home and school environments. Schedule Mon-Fri 7:30 AM to 4 PM Responsibilities • Implement 1:1 direct ABA therapy program designed by BCBA designed to improve clients’ communication, social interaction, daily living, and learning skills. • Collaborate with BCBA, parents, and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of therapy plans • Utilize electronic data collection and document session notes in a timely manner • Maintain accurate and detailed records in Central Reach of client progress. • Promote a positive and supportive environment for clients. • Collect data on client progress and behavior to measure the effectiveness of therapy programs.
