Geographic Information Systems Manager/ Data Manager
Hello, Position: GIS Engineer/Data Manager Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) - Hybrid Primarily remote, occasional on-site at Atlanta, GA GDOT office as needed. GOOD TO HAVE WORKING EXP WITH EITHER STATE/FEDERAL CLIENTS. Scope/ Background: Provide experienced GIS professionals to support, maintain, upgrade, and expand Client’s enterprise GIS environment and applications. Includes technical support, system administration, GIS analysis, database management, development, training, migration, and modernization of infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain enterprise Oracle geodatabases (versioned and branch). • Develop and optimize ETL workflows using ArcPy and FME. • Manage LRS data structures and event tables for R&H. • Implement schema updates, reconciliations, compress operations, and performance tuning. • Coordinate data QA/QC and metadata management for authoritative layers. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Computer Science, or Data Engineering. • 8+ years of enterprise geodatabase management experience. • Strong command of Oracle 19c, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, and R&H administration. • FME certification or equivalent ETL experience preferred. --- Thanks Srujana Email: srujana.b@my3tech.com | 605-674-2119
