Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in our community. **Responsibilities & Expectations** As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Delivering superior customer service and customer experience through prompt and professional communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels. * Responding to routine customer inquiries and requests, and transitioning service opportunities into referral or sales interactions. * Accurately processing financial transactions, including transfers, refunds, and other internal bank transactions. * Demonstrating operational soundness to minimize risk exposure or loss and maintain quality production. * Adhering to bank and/or retail operating procedures and protocols. * Applying critical thinking to find effective solutions and resolve customer concerns. * Refer or sell bank products and services to clients, including deposit and loan products, and all services. * Expanding existing customer relationships and marketing bank products and services. * Outbound call projects in line with company strategic objectives. * Proactively making referrals to other business lines that result in additional revenue to the bank. * Demonstrating compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Equity Bank Business Ethics and Conduct policy, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Information Security, Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements, policies and procedures. * Regular and reliable attendance. * Performing other duties as assigned or required. **Required Skills & Education** * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 2+ years Customer Service experience preferred. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Ability to analyze, investigate and achieve results. * Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems. * Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Capable of working with a team to determine solutions. **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation package. * Comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, group life and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, group cancer insurance, 401(K) retirement plan with company match, generous vacation and sick time, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and pet insurance. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **Work Environment** This position requires standing, walking, bending, and squatting on a regular basis.
