You will be the primary point of contact guiding the dealership through the onboarding, orientation and training processes, ensuring product and customer success.Applications with a COVER LETTER written by you will be given extra attention.Job Responsibilities:Work closely with the sales operations team to collect profile information necessary to onboard a newly signed dealership.Work collaboratively with all dealership stakeholders, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the onboarding process.Coordinate internal resources necessary to complete the onboarding process.Identify and take corrective actions to remove roadblocks that may jeopardize the timely completion of the onboarding process.Responsible for ensuring accuracy of key internal dealership data collected during the signing and onboarding process.Introduce and ensure smooth transition to the (CSM) Customer Support Manager..Responsible for the average days to onboard KPI.Requirements:Must be extremely organized and detail orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be comfortable reaching out via phone and speaking to peopleMust be a self starter, with the ability to work quasi-autonomouslyAn effective listener, able to match needs with solutionsStrong problem resolution aptitudeThrives as a team player in a fun, fast-paced, rapid-growth environmentBS/BA degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with automotive industry or US manufacturing and supply chain BenefitsMeaningful work on world-class and industry-changing productsMonday-Friday work weekExcellent medical, dental, 401k and life insuranceEmployee options on voluntary vision, LTD and FSA coveragePaid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysFlexible scheduleA great culture Opportunity for next level advancement in a fast-growing companyThis position is remote; Work Truck Solutions is a completely remote workforce Experience RequirementsEntry Level
