Develop and implement HEDIS technology to support quality improvement initiatives. Utilize informatics skills to analyze and interpret data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our systems are cutting-edge and effective. Lead and mentor a team of informatics specialists to support the implementation and maintenance of HEDIS technology. Oversee the quality and accuracy of data collected and maintained within the HEDIS system. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration and adoption of HEDIS technology. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for HEDIS technology initiatives. Communicate progress and results to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the overall success of the organization. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to HEDIS technology. Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS technology and informatics, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to data management and privacy. Act as a champion for innovation and change, seeking out new opportunities to enhance our use of technology in healthcare.
