Key Responsibilities: • Assigning accurate medical codes for inpatient records based on MS-DRG and APR-DRG guidelines. • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to maintain coding quality. • Utilizing EPIC software to perform coding tasks efficiently (preferred experience). • Meeting coding deadlines and contributing to the team's overall success. Required Qualifications: • CCS credential required. • At least 3 years of recent inpatient coding experience. • Familiarity with EPIC preferred, though not mandatory. • Availability for at least20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
