Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director for EMEA to lead our brand and revenue generation efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Reporting directly to the Redzone GM of EMEA while working closely with the SVP of Marketing for Redzone with a close partnership with Sales, this critical role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on field marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and digital initiatives to drive significant pipeline and revenue growth in the EMEA segment.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of building strong relationships with sales teams and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.We are prioritizing candidates located in the UK with German or French-speaking skills or candidates in Germany with English communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing & EventsPlan, organize, and execute all EMEA trade shows, industry events, and Redzone-hosted customer events.Manage event logistics, budget, vendor relationships, partners’ sponsorships, and lead capture processes to maximize ROI.Collaborate closely with the EMEA sales team to align event strategies with regional sales objectives.Work closely with the Redzone partners team to organize and execute partners marketing related activities.Account-Based Marketing (ABM)Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies and campaigns to engage key accounts and drive pipeline generation in partnership with the EMEA sales team.Work with sales to identify high-value target accounts and create personalized marketing programs.Digital MarketingOversee and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various digital channels to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness in EMEA.Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.Content & LocalizationWork with the EMEA team, EMEA partners and relevant analysts to create local EMEA case studies, customers videos and whitepapers that are relevant to EMEA core markets including the UK, Germany, France and the Middle East.Manage the localization of global marketing content, including website copy, collateral, case studies, and campaign assets, to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness for the EMEA market.Work with internal and external translation and localization partners.Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan for the EMEA region, aligned with global marketing objectives and regional sales targets.Manage the EMEA marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing teams, product marketing, sales, and executive leadership.Provide regular reporting on marketing performance, key campaigns, ROI, and pipeline contribution for the EMEA region.Oversee one direct report and towards building out a larger teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant portion focused on the EMEA market and B2B software/SaaS.Experience managing and developing teams Proven track record of success in field marketing, ABM, and digital marketing (PPC).Strong experience in planning and executing trade shows and customer events.Demonstrated ability to localize content for different regional markets.Deep understanding of the EMEA business landscape and cultural nuances.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment.Experience in the manufacturing sector or with connected worker solutions is a plus.Fluency in English requiredFluency in German or French is strongly preferred Ability to travel frequently across the EMEA region (on average about 25% or more).Additional InformationAbout QAD and QAD Redzone:QAD Inc. is a leading provider of adaptive, cloud-based enterprise software and services for global manufacturing companies.
