Medical Records Job Name: Medical Records Job City - Spokane, WA Job Location - Spokane, WA Location: Remote Hours Required: 5 Hours/week Compensation: Volunteer (unpaid) Role Mission: When dogs enter our program, we need to ensure their previous medical records are digitally preserved in our software program so that our medical team can continue care and that the dogs eventual adopters will have a complete medical record. Job Summary: Receive digital medical records of dogs entering our program via email, upload to our online CRM/software. Alert medical team for any red flags they need to be aware of, we will train for these specific instances. Hard Skills • Must have computer with internet access • Ability to learn and navigate online software and CRM • Comfortable with technology Soft Skills • Communicate quickly and effectively in writing as we are a remote company Unique Company Culture And Mission Our Mission At Path of Hope Rescue we save pregnant dogs and puppies from high kill shelters in the Southern United States. Our Spokane, Washington based Rescue strives to decrease the euthanasia rate of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We do not have a kennel or building location and are 100% foster based. We currently have two paid employees and rely heavily on volunteers and fosters as we work to build out our paid staff roles. Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing the amount of dogs breeding unchecked and becoming the number one dog destination in Spokane by capitalizing on Spokanes love of Rescue Dogs.
