We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Recruiter/Sourcer/HR. As an integral part of our team, you’ll receive the training and tools necessary to succeed. You’ll also have the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting our recruiting teams and working closely with startup Founders and CEOs to build their dream teams. What You'll Do: • Build & Manage Candidate Pipelines: Source and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for 2-3 early-stage startups, while also supporting and guiding other sourcers on the team. • Collaborate with Startup Founders & CEOs: Partner directly with leaders of emerging tech companies to understand their unique hiring needs and ensure a tailored approach. • Leverage Cutting-Edge Recruiting Tools: Learn and utilize our specialized software tools to uncover high-quality candidates and streamline the recruiting process. • Own the Recruiting Process: Take charge of the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to phone screens, while providing an exceptional experience for all candidates. • Engage with Candidates: Perform outreach through phone, email, and text to potential candidates, ensuring consistent follow-up and a smooth candidate journey. What We’re Looking For: • A People Person: You’ll be interacting with candidates and clients daily, so if you thrive in a customer-facing role, you’ll excel here. • A Willingness to Learn: Whether you’re a recent college grad with a near-complete degree or someone ready to dive into the recruiting world, we want someone who is eager to learn and grow. • Sales or Customer Service Experience: Bonus points if you’ve spent at least 6 months in a customer service or sales role, but we’re open to any experience that demonstrates your ability to engage and connect with people. • No Degree? No Problem: If you have strong customer service experience and a go-getter attitude, you’re a great fit! Location: This role is fully remote but based with someone from Texas, and we’re excited to work with candidates who have a self-starter mindset and can thrive in a remote environment.
