Position Summary: The Nurse Educator will be part of a dedicated team responsible for providing reimbursement support for a pharmaceutical manufacturer’s products. The Nurse Educator will provide product and clinical education to patients, healthcare providers (HCP) and associated HCP office staff in the continental United States. Primary Responsibilities: Provide product and/or disease state education via phone to patients and HCPs regarding product specific information such as dosing protocols and information, administration of product, and potential adverse events of product. Foster the continued and proper use of the product. Engage in program related communications with manufacturer's field-based sales force (representatives and district managers) if applicable. Communicate to Program Manager any feedback regarding concerns identified during the interactions with patients. Communicate to the Program Manager any questions/concerns the Patient/HCP and or the HCP staff have regarding the Product. Document in the CRM any interactions with Patients, HCPs and HCP staff. Required Qualifications: • Registered nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state where nurse will be conducting the in-services. • Minimum of two-four year of recent nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in-servicing, and proficiency in peripheral access. • Injection and/or infusion experience preferred. • Proven success utilizing good communication, speaking, and writing skills when interacting with customers.
