Onboarding and Training Specialist

Job Description: • Plays a key part in onboarding and supporting veterinary practices. • Act as the primary contact for the assigned client, providing an excellent customer experience. • Coordinate all related client service activities on behalf of both the client and the business. • Set up software solution(s) for maximum usage and value creation. • Develop processes and plans to provide analysis and feedback to the Strategic Account regarding practice performance. • Deploy assigned system(s) and training for new and existing clients. • Perform follow-up with new customers and ensure an excellent onboarding experience. • Respond to customer inquiries and issues, acting as a trusted partner and knowledge resource. • Monitor customer health and usage of systems, presenting findings and consulting on improvements. • Hold regular health checks and establish quarterly business reviews to maximize retention. Requirements: • Associate’s degree or 2 years of college experience preferred • Minimum of 2+ years working in a veterinary office as a CSR, LVT, Office Manager, or related experience. • Exceptional ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and provide outstanding support to clients. • Knowledgeable in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay focused on objectives and deadlines. • Thrives in a workplace that embraces changes within the veterinary industry and is eager to learn and grow. • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to team goals and support colleagues. • Experience training or mentoring veterinary staff is ideal. • Familiarity with onboarding processes or customer success roles is ideal. • Knowledge of veterinary industry trends and challenges is ideal.
