Part-Time BCBA (In-Home & Remote ABA Services for Children with Autism)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioral therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives through evidence-based interventions and compassionate care. The BCBA will collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly. • Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, focusing on skill development and reducing problematic behaviors. • Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff in the delivery of ABA services. • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment implementation. • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Conduct intake assessments and participate in ongoing patient care planning within a behavioral health framework. • Ensure adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality policies, and best practices in patient assessment and care. Experience • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. • Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). • Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans. • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance is preferred. • Prior experience working within special education or behavioral health settings is advantageous. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients’ families.
