What you’ll do • Implement tailored therapy treatment plans that address individual goals and promote optimal recovery. • Utilize your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to educate patients about their conditions and the rehabilitation process. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure continuity of care. • Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to track patient progress and outcomes. • Foster a supportive environment that encourages patient motivation and adherence to therapy regimens. Basic qualifications • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona. • Strong understanding of medical terminology and therapy practices.
