Gate 'N Green Community Association, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Projects Record Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will play an essential part in managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our community projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all project-related data is entered into our systems accurately and in a timely manner. This position demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, as you will be handling sensitive information and contributing to the smooth operation of project management within the association. As a Projects Record Entry Clerk, you will work closely with other team members, coordinating with project managers and various departments to ensure that all records reflect the latest updates and information. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our community initiatives, and you will have the opportunity to support various projects that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities • Enter and maintain accurate records of all community projects into the database. • Assist in generating reports and summaries related to project status and timelines. • Update project information based on feedback from project managers and team members. • Ensure all project documentation is filed and organized appropriately for easy access. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project data and information. • Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify project information. • Support project managers by providing timely updates and alerts regarding record discrepancies. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or business is a plus. • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a community association or similar environment. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere, adapting to changing priorities.
