We are seeking an experienced proofreader to join our dynamic creative services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the thorough proofreading of various assets across all lines of business, including emails, letters, landing pages, social media posts, ads, white papers, and articles. Responsibilities • Proofreading content for any errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and adherence to our style and usage guidelines. • Collaborating with writers, designers, and project coordinators to ensure consistent messaging and that all deadlines are met. • Managing a high volume of work and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet all deadlines. Skills • Exceptional organizational and strong grammar skills. • Familiarity with AP and MLA style guides. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in additional proofreading tools and software (e.g., Words into Type, Acrobat, and Microsoft Suite). • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
