QA Analyst II (Remote)

Responsibilities Understand software internals, debug problems, and automate repetitive tasks with scripting tools and user-level automation tools. Be responsible for the overall quality of IT projects and changes through execution of all aspects of the Software Development and Testing Life Cycle. Work closely with development and business partners to ensure timely collaboration and resolution. Review and understand project or application requirements, conduct ambiguity review, and prepare robust test strategies, plans, and cases. Manage and create test data, and ensure reproducibility, auditability, and traceability of deliverables. Utilize JIRA for defect tracking, report issues promptly, and conduct defect triage sessions. Lead automation efforts, design frameworks, and explore new testing tools and methods. Mentor less experienced teammates and lead testing meetings. Provide reports with recommendations and insights for stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of QA experience in Financial Services OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of QA experience in Financial Services. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Selenium, Jenkins, JIRA, ALM, Confluence, Bitbucket, Maven, and scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or JavaScript. Knowledge of testing methodologies such as TDD, BDD, and experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban. Experience in automation framework building, test planning, and execution of complex systems.
