Proofread and format transcribed content to meet company standards. Ensure proper punctuation, grammar, and spelling in all transcriptions. Manage and organize digital files systematically. Maintain confidentiality of all documents and sensitive information. Collaborate with supervisors and team members for feedback and revisions. Meet deadlines and maintain productivity targets. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 words per minute) with high accuracy. Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Ability to read and interpret various handwriting styles. Proficiency in using word processing software such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Keen attention to detail and ability to detect errors.
