As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive the highest level of service and support, empowering them to achieve positive health outcomes. **Job Summary** We're seeking optimistic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, resolving their concerns and ensuring their requests are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with members daily to answer their transportation questions and provide support in their journey towards positive health outcomes. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner * Ensuring all company procedures are followed to maintain high-quality service * Inputting accurate trip data into our systems * Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work * Referencing unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution * Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems * Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school graduate or general education degree (GED) * 0-2 years of related experience * 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience * Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills (all system documentation will be in English) * The ability to type 35wpm or more * The ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * The ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers * The ability to work overtime as required * The ability to work independently under general supervision * Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment **Work-from-Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and secure work-from-home experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * High-speed internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload * Ability to directly hardwire to your modem * A dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely * Attendance at 100% of training, on camera, for the first 30 days of employment **Compensation and Benefits** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive starting rate of $18.25 per hour.
