Remote Estimator - Stadium Experience Required

Job Title: Remote Estimator - Stadiums! Location: Remote (U.S.-based) About the Role Join a high-performing team supporting the building of LA olympic stadium. As a Remote Estimator, you'll play a key role in cost management, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and cost-effective project delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced estimators with a background in civil, architectural, or structural projects, stadium experience is required. Key Responsibilities • Analyze civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and timelines • Conduct quantity take-offs and support virtual site assessments • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates • Utilize estimating software to model costs and generate reports • Track actual costs and adjust estimates as project scope evolves • Evaluate cost-effectiveness and risk factors of proposed designs • Maintain a database of suppliers, contractors, and historical cost data • Assist in bid preparation and contract negotiations Required Qualifications • 5+ years of estimating experience • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering • Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office • Experience with architectural, structural, and civil projects • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and cost modeling • Ability to work cross-functionally with remote teams Preferred Experience • Stadium Background • Background in ground-up project or construction management • Familiarity with Revit and commercial construction workflows Work Environment & Benefits • Fully remote contract position • Collaborate with the Cost Management division of a top-tier construction consultancy • Contribute to US Olympics! • Professional, high-performing team culture • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of education Ready to bring your estimating expertise to a high-impact, remote role? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
