[Remote] Marketing Director (AI / XR Filmmaking Technology)

Shields Group Search is representing an award-winning XR and AI filmmaking technology company that is pioneering in-camera virtual production tools. They are seeking a Marketing Director to lead growth and conversion strategy for their flagship AI-driven virtual production platform, overseeing all marketing activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities • Direct and execute all marketing campaigns focused on growth in the company’s AI / XR SaaP product line and associated bundles • Drive performance across landing pages, paid search, product imagery, videos, email marketing, social media, blog content, webinars, and events • Manage and mentor the internal marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally with partnerships and product leaders • Use a data-first mindset to improve conversion rates and track ROI across campaigns • Build and refine marketing verbiage, positioning, and visual assets that resonate with B2B buyers in the entertainment space • Develop scalable paid media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) • Own analytics and optimization frameworks to grow digital sales from zero to seven digits monthly Skills • Proven experience scaling B2B digital sales from zero to 7-figure monthly revenue • Ability to research, design, and begin executing strategy within 30 days • 7+ years in a marketing role for a B2B or enterprise software company (SaaP/SaaS preferred) • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics • 3+ years with Shopify and e-commerce funnels • 5+ years with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Onedrive/SharePoint, Excel, Word) • Demonstrated success in a lean startup environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Independently motivated and self-driven in a remote setting • Experience in or strong understanding of the media / entertainment industry Benefits • Equity: Generous ownership potential • Unlimited PTO • Collaborative and inclusive team culture Company Overview • Shields Group Search specializes in serving early stage VC and PE backed companies.
