Remote Patient Robotics Operator Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST About the Role Our partner has developed an innovative patient sensory device mounted to a remote-controlled robot designed to enhance skilled nursing facility and senior care facility patient care. As a Remote Patient Robotics Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting this mission by virtually controlling the robot and engaging with patients and skilled nursing facility and senior care staff in a professional and compassionate manner. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and technology—helping patients feel seen, heard, and supported through cutting-edge innovation. Key Responsibilities • Operate and control remote robot system during scheduled shifts. • Navigate the robot through skilled nursing and senior care facilities to ensure smooth operation and patient interaction. • Interact with patients remotely in a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused manner. • Accurately follow protocols to maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety. • Communicate effectively with on-site staff to ensure seamless collaboration. • Document interactions and report any issues or technical problems promptly. RequirementsQualifications • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or related fields preferred. • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare staff. • Reliable and consistent work attendance with a history of good tenure. • Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new systems. • Ability to stay focused and attentive throughout the shift. • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
