[Remote] Senior QA Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gravity Well is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to help build and shape best practices in their QA team. The role involves test planning, execution, and root cause analysis for Client, Server, and Platform technologies, as well as performance testing and documentation creation. Responsibilities • Test planning, execution, and root cause analysis of issues for Client, Server, and Platform technologies. • Identify testing challenges and work towards improvement. • Create documentation for testing techniques. • Identify patterns that can lead to repeat problems. • Create, maintain, and execute test plans/checklists. • Performance testing across multiple platforms. • Work embedded with a development team, becoming a main QA point of contact for a feature or discipline. Skills • 3+ years of game quality assurance experience in a senior or higher role. • Shipped 1 or more AAA titles. • Experience with debugging tools. • Experience conducting performance testing and configuring common performance related tools across multiple platforms. • Intermediate proficiency of Unreal Engine. • Proficiency with Perforce. • Knowledge of Testing/Planning Tools such as Jira. • Experience with console certification process. • Automation testing and scripting experience.
