Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amazon is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Atlanta and Washington, D.C. markets. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing complex business relationships, and exceeding sales quotas while promoting One Medical’s healthcare solutions. Responsibilities • Bring in business across the Atlanta and Washington, D.C. markets with new clients ranging from 501 to 15,000 employees in size. • Work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders. • Develop and drive sales strategy with employer groups in your territory. • Paint a compelling picture of One Medical’s vision and strategy that motivates others into action. • Use a consultative approach to articulate our strategy in a way that clients and prospects can easily relate. • Set objectives and targets that align with One Medical’s organizational goals. • Take on new challenges with a sense of urgency, energy, and enthusiasm. Skills • Must live within the greater Atlanta or Washington, D.C. area (~50 miles) • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers • Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale • Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale • Experience with high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management • 6+ years of sales experience • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare or wellness benefits, working directly with consultants, brokers and HR executives. 2+ years focusing on companies over 1000 employees. Experience selling a non-essential benefit a plus. • Experience owning sales process from sourcing to close on deals that are 12-18 month sales cycles • Proven track record success by consistently exceeding sales quota, with a focus on new logo acquisition • Ability to maintain strong internal and external networks; leveraging relationships to prospect and close new business • Passion to learn One Medical’s business model and ability to thrive in a complex healthcare environment • Experience personally closing large complex deals end-to-end • Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs Benefits • Equity • Sign-on payments • Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits Company Overview • Amazon is a tech firm with a focus on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
