Senior Applications Consultant- SAP MM/WM

SAP MM/WM Consultant About the job you are considering: We are seeking a skilled SAP MM/WM Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes within the S/4HANA environment. This role focuses on optimizing inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations. Your Role: • Configure and support SAP MM and WM modules, including material master, inventory management, warehouse structure, and logistics execution. • Design and implement warehouse processes • Support integration with related modules (SD, PP, QM) and external systems (RF devices, barcode scanners). • Perform system configuration for storage types, sections, bins, strategies, and movement types. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow and inventory accuracy. • Assist in data migration activities related to materials, stock, and warehouse structures. • Provide support for inbound and outbound logistics, goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers. • Develop functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments (RICEFW). • Participate in workshops, blueprinting, and documentation of business processes. • Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives. • Provide limited support for PTP processes such as purchase requisitions and orders, primarily in relation to inventory and warehouse operations. Your Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 8-10 years of hands-on SAP MM/WM experience, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations. • Strong understanding of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA MM/WM architecture and data structures. • Experience with warehouse automation, RF integration, and logistics execution. • Familiarity with inventory valuation, batch management, and split valuation. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across MM/WM processes. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to travel up to 75% as required Life at Capgemini Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
